Tooling engineers inspect draft angles, parting lines, gate locations, and wall thickness variations within 24 hours of STEP file receipt.

In-house CNC machining and mirror EDM cut hardened NAK80 steel cores, holding structural cavities to strict +/- 0.02mm tolerances.

Pilot batches ship within 7 to 12 working days alongside comprehensive CMM dimensional inspection and durometer hardness test sheets.

Automated liquid silicone injection units run multi-cavity tools with closed-loop dosing, followed by post-curing ovens and bulk packaging.

Metrology & Tooling

Sub-millimeter CNC accuracy

Our tooling shop operates high-speed vertical machining centers and mirror-finish EDM units dedicated exclusively to silicone compression and LSR injection molds. Every core insert undergoes optical coordinate measurement before mounting.

Automated closed-loop dispensing systems ensure liquid silicone rubber components maintain exact shore hardness ratings from 10 to 80 Shore A without post-mold shrinkage distortion or flash defects.
